Roasted chicken and char siew prepared by the stallholder are juicy and succulent, with crispy skin and tender meat. The skin of chicken is marinated with maltose before roasting to produce a sweet taste. Besides these, the stall also sells braised trotters and chicken feet prepared by the wife of stallholder.
